Take Route 61 towards Leesport. Turn onto Wall Street (Turkey Hill is on the corner). At the end of the bridge, make an immediate left (following Library sign) to travel along the river to stop sign.
For Fields A & C, turn left and then make a quick right onto Washington Street. Turn right into the Schuylkill Valley Community Library entrance and continue past the library. Field C is the first field on your right, Field A has the grandstand.
For Field B turn right onto Washington Street and then left onto Franklin Street. Field will be to your right.

From Reading and South: Take Route 222 to Route 61 North (towards Leesport). Pass Steve Moyer Subaru, Hoss’s and Burger King on your right. Go two traffic lights past the traffic light at Turkey Hill to Mohrsville Road. Turn left onto Mohrsville Road and proceed 0.6 miles to Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and cross the bridge over the Schuylkill River. Proceed 0.4 miles, over the railroad tracks and turn right onto a paved unmarked driveway just before Crown Mill drive. Go to the end of the paved driveway and see the sign for "Heffner Park". Turn right onto a gravel alley. Fields will be on your left. Proceed past the ball fields to the grass area on your left for parking. Do not park on the right side of the alley as that is private property. Field A is the one with lights, Field B has a grass infield.

From Route 183 South: To traffic light at West Leesport Road (T&C's Market) and turn left.
From 183 North: To traffic light at West Leesport Road (CVS) and turn right.
Continue on West Leesport Road to stop sign (enter into the left lane). Straight through stop sign and bear right at intersection. Bern Pool will be on your left and the county baseball fields will be on your right. Immediately after the pool on the left is the entrance to the field. Field A is towards the back (with the dugouts), Field B is closest to the road and the parking lot.

From Route 183 heading North: To Solly Lane (after Blue Marsh Lake on your right, then passing through the town of Bernville). Make a left onto Solly Lane, and then another left immediately into Jefferson Park. Fields are on your right.

From 183 heading North:: Continue to New Shafferstown Road (where 183 bears right). Continue about 4 miles to Route 419. Continue on 419 to dead end, then turn right onto Rehrersberg Road. Turn left on to Teen Challenge Road. Field will be on your right.

From Route 61: Turn onto Route 73 towards Boyertown. Continue on Route 73 to through Oley and into Earl township. Make a right onto Shenkel Road (there will be a sign for an Orchard to the left; street sign to the right will say Longview Road) and then bear to the left continuing on Longview Road. At stop sign, turn left onto Mountain Road. Continue to fields on your left.
